Localture (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is fully compliant with the requirements arising from National and European legislation, as is the case regarding the processing of the personal data of the counterparties and all its users. The user expressly states that he is aware of the following terms, that he agrees fully and unconditionally with them and that he has fully understood them.

Scope of provision of personal data, purpose and duration of compliance
The Company stores the information provided by its users in order to access its services, such as full name, telephone number, e-mail address, home address or business address. Additionally, the Company may request their consent to provide additional information regarding the obligation to comply with tax and transaction law, such as VAT, Social Security No, identity card number and any other necessary documents.
Personal information and in general all information of the counterparties is stored and processed for a reasonable period of time after their registration so that the Company could dispatch messages regarding new services and other changes in the Company's activities. All counterparties may opt not to receive such information. The processing of personal data means any act or set of operations carried out with or without the use of automated means of personal data or personal data sets, such as the collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or change, retrieval, search for information, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or any other form of disposal, association or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
Providing personal data to third parties
The Company collects personal data from counterparties or platform users in order to be able to identify those who have purchased the services of other counterparties or users. In this context, the Company notifies personal data to them in order to be able to know the participants by activity and other individual information such as special equipment requirements, specialized information, security issues of the participants, etc. However, the Company will never ask for personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, as well as the processing of genetic data, biometric data with the aim of indisputably identifying a person, data relating to health or data relating to the sexual life of a natural person or sexual orientation.
Please note that the Company may disclose your personal data if it is a formal request from the authorities of the Greek State or any other member state of the European Union.
Purpose of collecting personal data
The Company can process the personal data of counterparties and platform users to provide customer service, handle questions, various requests, and so on. This processing is required to provide its services and may include name, phone number, email address, home address, IP address, account profile data. In addition, the Company may process personal data for commercial and marketing purposes in relation to new products and services that it may offer in future or perpetual time. It is also noted that the Company cooperates with companies that provide services for the smooth operation of its services, such as the possibility of payment using a credit / debit or prepaid card. The Company may also partner with businesses on whose websites it installs special software (such as plug-in) so that policyholders and users can use their platform through these websites. Localture may disclose personal data to these businesses to the extent that it is required to fulfil the purposes of the proper operation of its services.
Personal data security
The Company shall take all necessary and appropriate electronic/technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing the user's personal data. These techniques for example may include a firewall, a ban on accessing our server systems from a public internet access point, monitoring any security flaws in any "library" we use, using authentication on all our sensitive accounts. All data are stored on a separate server where they are kept for a maximum of one week and special login certificates are required to recover them. Our Company will inform all users regarding any data breach within 24 hours after the violation has been detected by Localture.
User Rights
The rights of policyholders and users with respect to personal data are as follows: access, correction, deletion or limitation of processing, or the opacity of processing, as well as the portability of the data, your right to disclose correction, deletion of personal data or limitation of processing, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and the right to data portability.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website or service provider can send to a user's browser for storage on the hard disk. Cookies can make use of the service easier and are used to make sure that the site is working properly, the site usage is getting measured, displaying ads on other websites, linking to the site through social networks, and so on. The Company may also use third party services (such as Google Analytics) to collect separate information about Localture service users. Other information
The legitimacy of collecting and storing personal data is based on full and unconditional consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of paragraph 3 hereof as a prerequisite for the use of the provider's services. Otherwise, you cannot use Localture services. Counterparties and platform users are free to withdraw in writing at any time their consent to the processing of personal data. This means that all the information you have given to Localture will be deleted as soon as possible and that you will no longer be able to use its services.
The collection and storage of personal data takes place in Greece. The processing of personal data by Localture is not considered to be systematic and/or large-scale and/or likely to involve a high risk to the rights of individuals, therefore, neither a Data Protection Impact Assessment is needed nor it is required to consult with the Personal Data Protection Authority in advance. Localture is therefore not required to recruit a Data Protection Officer.
Note for Virtual Experiences: As it stands for the Travel Experiences, Localture only intermediates between hosts and guests and therefore holds no other kind of responsibility whatsoever regarding the interaction of these two parts. Take note that the hyperlinks used in order a virtual experience to occur are to be used strictly once. In addition, the recording of each session is severely prohibited at any form and possible mean and at any length according to the National and European legislation and the GDP Regulation. All participants are obliged to conduct civilized sessions, away of any kind of ribaldry, harassment and disrespect. Any kind of difference between hosts and guests is a matter of case strictly between the two parts and Localture may assist in a voluntary basis if its viable or feasible.
